Members of the public are welcome to submit missing will notices to the Law Society free of charge.
Missing will notices are linked in our monthly e-newsletter, Hearsay, and are listed for members on our website for up to three months. If a member of the Law Society has information about the missing will, they will contact you directly.
Notices should be submitted to communications@actlawsociety.asn.au as plain text in the body of an email.
Notices should take the following format:
“[Full name of deceased], late of [address], who died on [date]. Please contact [name]. Phone: [phone number]. Email: [email address].”
