The ACT Law Society’s Contract for Sale of Land is available to purchase online.
You can now create, purchase, and download customised Contracts for Sale of Land as approved for use in the Australian Capital Territory.
Purchases of the electronic Contract for Sale can be made either as a guest or a registered member user. Registered users will be billed monthly, and can view details of previous purchases, including the ability to re-download purchased contracts for a period of two weeks from the purchase date.
ACT law firms can register for this system for free by emailing onlinecontracts@actlawsociety.asn.au.

Pricing Update Notification
We are writing to advise you of an upcoming change to our pricing structure for both member and non‑member rates relating to our Contract for Sale services.
Following our annual review and to align with increased operational costs, updated pricing will take effect from Thursday 5 February 2026.
Updated Pricing
- Member pricing: $20 per contract (incl. GST)
- Non‑member pricing: $50 per contract (incl. GST)
These changes apply to all Contract for Sale products and related services.
Why This Change Is Occurring
This adjustment is necessary to ensure pricing aligns with current service delivery costs. There are no changes to the product or service inclusions.
