The Missing Wills Register is a free service provided to members. The Register is updated with listings as they are received, which remain listed for three months. 

Members are provided with a direct link to the Register each month within Hearsay. This direct link can be shared with staff within members' firms, strictly to check listings.

If you need to submit a notice please email communications@actlawsociety.asn.au in the following format: 

“Full NAME, late of [suburb], who died on [date]. Please contact [name] of [firm], Phone: [phone number], Email: [email].”

It is a condition of your use of this webpage that the information accessed by you is only for the purpose of locating a missing will and must not be used or disseminated outside of your legal practice for any other purpose.
